Everything available on this website is delivered electronically: educational articles, training guides, nutrition plans, downloadable PDF guides, online courses and access to our web-based assessment and calculation tools.

All purchases are delivered through your account on this website.

On successful payment, access is granted automatically to the account registered at the time of purchase. Downloadable material can be accessed and downloaded from within your account for as long as your membership remains active.

A confirmation email is also sent to the email address registered with your account.

Delivery is immediate. Access is granted within a few minutes of payment being confirmed, and in most cases instantly.

In the uncommon event that payment is confirmed by your bank but access has not appeared within 24 hours, please contact us using the details below and access will be granted manually.

As no physical goods are shipped, no shipping, handling, courier or delivery charges apply to any purchase. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable.

Because delivery is digital, our products and services are accessible worldwide wherever you have an internet connection. There are no regional delivery restrictions.

Prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).

If you do not receive access after a successful payment, this is usually one of the following:
