An advanced stubborn fat protocol covering regional fat biology, blood flow, hormones, bloodwork, nutrition, cardio, supplements, plateau breaking and a four-phase system for the final stages of fat loss.

Stubborn fat is not a different type of body fat. It is ordinary adipose tissue that can be harder to mobilise and clear from specific regions, especially as you become leaner.
What's Inside
Built for reasonably lean lifters who are already losing fat overall but have one or two specific regions that have stopped responding. It is also designed for coaches and people entering the final stages of a physique-preparation phase where regional conditioning matters more than simply reducing scale weight.
A calorie deficit determines whether fat can be lost, but local tissue biology influences where it comes off first. Receptor balance, blood flow and regional physiology help explain why certain areas lag behind.
The guide breaks the problem into release, transport and oxidation, then examines the hormonal and metabolic factors that can interfere with those stages.
Bloodwork is used to investigate potential metabolic and hormonal bottlenecks instead of responding to every plateau by simply cutting more calories or adding more cardio.
The protocol progresses through four phases: establish a baseline, complete the primary cut, target genuinely stubborn regions and finish with a final conditioning phase.
Not as a targeted stubborn-fat protocol. The dedicated stubborn-fat phase begins only when overall fat loss is still occurring, you are visibly lean elsewhere and one or two specific regions have stopped changing.
No. Local training does not meaningfully spot-reduce body fat. It may improve local blood flow and tissue temperature, but the overall calorie deficit still drives fat loss.
Not immediately. The system first checks your tracking and raises activity, typically by adding steps. Only after another review period without progress does it consider reducing calories.
Use seven-day average bodyweight, waist and regional measurements, strength logs and consistent progress photos. As you become leaner, photos and regional measurements become more useful than day-to-day scale changes.
